Hallo, mein Name ist Fraence Grethe (they/them) und ich habe Fraence&Friends 2024 im wunderbaren Köln gegründet.
Ich bin Jurist*in, DEI- Expert und Change-Berater*in mit Fokus auf diskriminierungssensible Transformation. Ich arbeite an der Schnittstelle von Recht, Sprache, Technologie und gesellschaftlichem Wandel. In Vorträgen verbinde ich Haltung mit Praxis, Perspektivvielfalt mit Struktur. Und ich glaube: Zuhören ist oft der Beginn von echter Veränderung.
My approach is grounded not only in strategic thinking and action but, more significantly, in empathy, effective communication, and a deep comprehension for the complexity of issues. Through Fraence&Friends, I aim to collaboratively address these issues with you.
Ich verstehe mich als Brückenbauer*in und „Übersetzer*in“, da ich davon überzeugt bin, dass es nur gemeinsam möglich ist, die multikomplexen Herausforderungen unseres Zusammenlebens und -arbeitens anzugehen.
Accordingly, the "Friends" Fraence&Friends, dass sinnvoller Wandel immer eine kollektive Anstrengung ist. Niemand weiß und kann alles. Ganz im Gegenteil. Perspektivvielfalt und gegenseitiges Fragenstellen sind für meine Arbeit essenziell. Daher baue ich auf ein breites Netzwerk an Expertisen und sehe meine Clients immer als Partner*innen auf dem gemeinsamen Weg zu mehr Vielfalt und Sensibilität.

I believe in the power of words and the responsibility that comes with privilege. I am firm in my conviction that creating structures that offer opportunities for widespread flourishing is beneficial for all. Achieving this demands a diversity of perspectives, an understanding of others, the courage to embrace change, and thorough translation efforts.

Discourse is vital for our democracy, yet it reaches its limits when fundamental human rights are undermined. Hate speech is not an opinion and therefore has no space in conversation.
Any form of collaboration with right-wing ideologies, whether individual or institutional, is entirely rejected.
